Childhood is an important phase in human's life. Kids have to be taken care well both physically as well as mentally. If both mother and father are employed, they are forced to leave the children at the mercy of someone else. Unless proper focus is given to the child's emotions, at the grown up stage it may create some issues. If the kids are left alone they should be monitored properly. Today we have all kind of electronic gadgets and softwares to assist parental control. It is not nice to blame the crèche people for any failure, it is the responsibility of the parent to take proper protection to the kids.
