Phobias
Phobias are defined as extreme fear of something which is not really a thing to be afraid of. List of phobias is more than 30 types but only select few are dealt with. Even in normal cases people do become panicky due to some extraordinary circumstances which is normal. But people with phobias are always have some kind of aversion to the things which they think is not a safe situation for them. For an example some people get nervous breakdown when they get into some crowded place, or closed places like cinema hall etc.,. Agoraphobia is fear of heights, people with agoraphobia will be afraid to climb up even small hills or even going by lift to higher floors make them jittery. The main issue is that due to some hidden fear in their sub conscious mind, the brain does not differentiate between a safe and unsafe situation. These people want to get out of the situation at the earliest and they do not enjoy social life and lock themselves in a shell.
